These Terms of Service govern your use of the NewAnanda website (newananda.com) and the NewAnanda mobile application. By using the website or the app you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NewAnanda services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
2. Services
NewAnanda provides an AI ecosystem including: the NewAnanda mobile application, AI Studio creative services, Business AI integration services, Labs experimental products and related offerings. Availability and feature set of any service may change at any time.
3. Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the services, including: violating any law, infringing third-party rights, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the security or operation of the services, or using the services to generate harmful or illegal content.
5. AI-Generated Content
Outputs produced by AI features are generated based on user inputs and may contain inaccuracies. AI outputs do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
6. Intellectual Property
All NewAnanda branding, design, code and original content are owned by NewAnanda and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content you submit, while granting NewAnanda the rights necessary to operate the services.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Where paid services are offered, billing is handled through the relevant app store (App Store, Google Play) or payment processor. To cancel a subscription, follow the cancellation flow of the relevant store or processor.
8. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NewAnanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
